Andrew's experience includes being part of the last greenfield arable crop breeding operation established in the UK, providing a unique understanding of how successful breeding programmes are built from the ground up.

Throughout his career, Andrew has developed and delivered variety and marketing strategies that achieved market-leading positions, including:

• 65% of the UK barley market

• 25% of the UK oilseed rape market

He has led the transition of an autonomous UK business into a fully integrated part of a global organisation and introduced a collaborative breeding approach that brought R&D and sales teams together around shared commercial objectives.
